Woodfire Flatbreads in the Vineyard View Kitchen

The ultimate culinary experience brings the limited wines of ACTA together with the soils and produce of the Alexander Valley. You will enjoy the wines of our Founder’s Tasting while seated at the counter in our outdoor kitchen paired with freshly made artisan flatbreads from our woodfire oven featuring the ACTA Estate olive oil and produce from the ACTA Organic Gardens. Join in and help in the kitchen if you would like, glass of wine in hand! Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and our Proprietary Red Blend, DEEDS are included. You may add a tasting of our two limited production Cabernet Sauvignon Wines from the Chalk Hill region of Alexander Valley and the Yountville Region of Napa Valley by request and additional fee.

Winemaker-Hosted Barrel Tastings in the Wine Library Cave

Following the harvest, we are able take a breath and allocate the time that is deserved to share with you some incredible perspective on our limited production wines maturing in barrel. The tasting features but is not limited to; ACTA’s distinct Cabernet Sauvignon wines from both the Alexander Valley and Napa Valley, our Proprietary Red Blend “DEEDS” as well as our small-lot Russian River Valley Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. You will enjoy those barrel-tastes alongside splashes of finished wines in bottle for a truly unique context. Your tasting will include a curated artisanal cheese and chocolate pairing while seated in our private Wine Library to ensure an intimate visit that will leave you connected with the people and places responsible for making the wines.
